What we handle

Every job from the drip edge up.

One crew — ours, never subcontracted — does the whole job. That's how a roof gets built right, and it's why we can put our name on a lifetime workmanship warranty.

Full Roof Replacement

Architectural shingle, standing-seam metal, or flat. Most homes torn off, decked, and dried-in the same day.

Leak & Storm Repair

Tarped and dried-in within 24 hours. The permanent repair is scheduled before we leave your driveway.

Insurance Claims

We photograph the damage, meet your adjuster, and speak the language. You pay your deductible — we handle the paperwork.

Gutters, Flashing & Vents

The details that decide whether a roof lasts 12 years or 30. Seamless gutters, copper and aluminum flashing, ridge vents.

Recent work

The proof is on the roof.

Drag the copper line on any project. Every "before" belonged to a Jackson-area homeowner who called the number at the top of this page.

The Build

One crew — ours, never subcontracted. Most homes are done in a day: yard tarped, plants covered, and a magnetic sweep for every last nail before we pull away.

Most homes: 1 day
“Tree through the roof on a Friday night. Apex had a tarp on by Saturday morning and a new roof by Thursday — and they handled every single phone call with my insurance company.”
Renee W.Belhaven · Full replacement, 2025

“I got three quotes. Apex wasn't the cheapest — they were the only ones who actually climbed up and took pictures. The roof looks better than the house now.”

Marcus T. · Fondren

“Two years after our install, a squirrel chewed through a vent boot. One call — fixed free under warranty, no argument. That's why you hire local.”

Straight answers

Ask us anything. Everyone does.

How much does a new roof cost — and why do quotes vary so much?

Most full replacements in metro Jackson run $9,000–$18,000 depending on size, pitch, and material. Quotes vary because some companies quote low, then hit you with "unforeseen" decking and change orders mid-job.

Our quote is one fixed number, in writing, including decking allowance. If we find something worse under the shingles, we show you photos before a dollar changes. Financing from about $150/month is available.

Will my insurance actually pay for this?

If your roof has storm, wind, or hail damage, usually yes — but claims get denied when the damage is poorly documented. That's the part we do for you: full photo documentation, an itemized scope in the adjuster's own format, and we meet them on your roof.

In a typical approved claim, you pay your deductible and nothing else. We never inflate claims or "eat deductibles" — that's fraud, and companies that offer it disappear when the warranty call comes.

How long will my house be a construction site?

Most homes: one day. Tear-off starts at first light, and you're dried-in before any chance of evening rain — we don't open more roof than we can close. Larger or steeper homes take two.

Your yard gets tarped, your plants covered, and we run a magnetic sweep for nails across the lawn and driveway before we leave. Kids and pets can play outside the next morning.

How do I know you'll still be here after the storm-chasers leave town?

Fair question — after every big storm, out-of-state crews flood Jackson, collect deposits, and vanish. We've watched it happen for fifteen years, because we live here. Apex has held a Mississippi contractor license since 2011, and the crew that roofs your house is the same six men who roofed your neighbor's.

We also don't take large deposits. You pay when the work is on your roof, not before.

What happens if it leaks after you're done?

You call, we come — free, for as long as you own the home. Every roof we install carries a lifetime workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer's material warranty, and it's serviced by us, locally, not a warranty hotline in another state.

In fifteen years the calls have been rare. But when they come, we treat them as the most important job on the schedule, because they are.
